No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Rightsly does not offer refunds for any subscription plans, including monthly and annual subscriptions, once payment has been processed.

By purchasing a subscription to Rightsly, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage or satisfaction with the service.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Due to the nature of our service, which provides immediate access to:

  • Automated Instagram content discovery and tracking
  • Real-time rights request management
  • Historical data and analytics
  • E-commerce integrations and ROI tracking
  • Team collaboration features

Once you gain access to these features and begin using the service, we cannot revoke the value and data you have received. Therefore, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

Free Trial and Pilot Program

We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate Rightsly before making a purchase:

Subscription Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • You can cancel from your account dashboard or by contacting support
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to the service until your paid period expires
  • No pro-rated refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time
  • Once cancelled, your subscription will not auto-renew

Billing Errors and Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged due to a billing error or technical issue, please contact us immediately at support@rightsly.ai.

We will investigate the following types of billing disputes:

  • Duplicate charges for the same billing period
  • Charges after subscription cancellation
  • Unauthorized charges made without your consent
  • Technical errors in payment processing

All dispute claims must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date. We reserve the right to review and verify all claims before issuing any credits or refunds for confirmed billing errors.

Service Interruptions

In the event of extended service outages or interruptions caused by Rightsly (excluding third-party service failures such as Instagram API downtime), we may, at our sole discretion, offer service credits or extended access. This does not constitute a refund and is offered on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Important: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

If you file a chargeback:

  • Your access to Rightsly will be immediately suspended
  • All data and content may be deleted after 30 days
  • You may be held liable for chargeback fees and legal costs
  • Future purchases may be declined

Please contact our support team first at support@rightsly.ai to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Account Termination by Rightsly

If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms of Service or misuse of the platform, no refunds will be issued for any unused time in your subscription period.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Rightsly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
